Themes and booking

Book a cafe slot

You are able to book a table with friends but there should be a maximum of 10 people per table (this includes children). If you are booking as a single adult (with children) and are willing to share a table with one other household, please indicate on the booking where asked. This is entirely optional. This will allow us to control numbers and offer spaces to families unable to book on (or those who need respite on the day) and still be within the permitted numbers.

If cost is in any way an obstacle to you attending our café, please select the “free funded option” and no payment will be taken. We operate on trust for this and are very happy for these spaces to be used as required, no questions asked and no criteria other than we ask you only use this if otherwise you would be unlikely to attend for financial reasons.

Please include ALL members of your party. We have introduced a nominal £1 charge for babies under 6 months but this only applies if you have no other attending children.

Bookings are for 1 hr and 30 minutes each.  Where we have space we can allow people to span sessions without additional charge but please contact us if you need to do so.
